CHAPTER 7

The nurse and doctor come in the middle of the night to take Em for testing. The nurse tells her not to wake her mother as her mother is really tired. Em is on a gurney in the elevator when she realizes she is being kidnapped from the hospital by Lulu and Nikki Howard's boyfriend, Brandon Stark. Em fights them as they put her in a limo and order the driver to take her to Nikki Howard's home. Em is convinced they are nuts and tries to tell them she is Emerson Watts, not Nikki Howard. They look at her with pity. Brandon is heartbroken that she doesn't remember him. Lulu and Brandon are convinced that Nikki, Em, has been brainwashed. Lulu knows that Scientologists are behind it. As the limo stops at their destination Em asks the driver why...
