Summary

In Chapter 13, Nat goes to a meeting for operation Stardust. On July 20th, the Stardust team will witness a “covert encounter” between two people who’ve never met, codename Gamma and Delta. Gamma is Valentina/Anastasia, Delta is unknown. Nat gives a speech to Percy’s 200 workers who will be staged around the meeting getting footage to inspire them.

Sergei has been given instructions from Moscow to bump into an “old friend” who will slip him a mobile phone. Percy’s men capture the whole interaction. The old friend is Felix, codename Tazdio, another Russian agent. The phone contains instruction for Sergei to put up a sign in his apartment.
