Chapter 6 Summary

Nick and Hedge are 120 miles north of Abhorsen House. They are digging up opposing hemispheres with a crew of the dead, so if they get the two hemispheres too close together, there is a magnetic field that pulls the two hemispheres back together. Hedge is calling Nick Master. As the rain comes in, the group recognizes that it is some kind of magic that is summoning the rain. The rain also seems to adversely affect Nick, making him weak so that he has to be carried back to his shelter.
