Chapter 6, Hunted Summary

Ged returns to Torning and tells the townspeople about the dragons. Soon word spreads over the entire island and a song is written about the event. Everyone is happy and excited about the whole episode, except for Pechvarry who does not understand how Ged could defeat those dragons but not keep his son from dying. Ged gets passage on a ship the next day and sails off for Roke; the only place he feels is safe for him to go. However, a violent storm blows up that keeps the ship from making headway toward the island. Ged attempts several spells to lessen the storm, but none of them are successful. Finally, Ged asks the captain to turn the boat around and leave him on a nearby island. Ged knows the storm is.....
