Ophelia

Ophelia is a talented reader from Anima. She works at a museum. She visits her great-uncle at the family archives, where she enjoys reading the journals of her ancestors. She lives at home with her family and shares a room with her brother, Hector. She is uneasy when she learns that the Doyennes arranged a betrothal between her and Thorn, a man from the Pole. She does not want to leave her life on Anima, but she realizes that she has no choice since the marriage has been arranged by people who hold much more political power than her.
