Chapter 61, Tyrion Summary

Tyrion is at King Joffrey Baratheon and Margaery Tyrell's wedding. He thinks about how Joffrey had to be the one to order Bran's killing. He thinks Joffrey did it to impress Robert. When the wedding ends, he watches the procession out. He and Sansa climb into their litter, and Tyrion tries to be nice to her, but Sansa rebuffs him. He gets ready for the feast then goes to visit Sansa. Shae is getting Sansa ready. She asks if she can serve at the feast, but Tyrion says no. When they enter the ballroom, Lady Olenna Tyrell comes up and straightens the hairpiece that Donto has given Sansa to wear. She tells Sansa how beautiful she is.

Margaery and Joffrey ride in on horses, and the feast begins. Singers sing songs to entertain the guest, and Tyrion is annoyed when one...
