This stone formation is said to be the remains of Nagga, the first and fiercest sea dragon.

Squishers

The Squishers are monsters from Crackclaw point that steal children and eat them. They look like men from a distance, but are really fish and men hybrids, with white fish bellies and rows of sharp, green teeth.

Citadel

The Citadel in Oldtown is the castle of the maesters where they train and earn their chains and also store their knowledge.
