Cersei Lannister

Cersei Lannister is the daugter of Tywin Lannister. She is the queen regent and rules in King's Landing until her son Tommen comes of age. When Cersei was a young girl, she went to see a maegi, Maggy the Frog. The old sorceress foretold her marriage to the king, Robert Baratheon. The Frog also foretold that King Robert would have sixteen chidlen, which he did. He had sixteen bastard children, siring none with his queen Cersei. Cersei's own children were all fathered by her twin brother Jaime.
