Chapters 21 through 24 Summary

In Brienne, Brienne, Podric, and Nimble Dick make their way through the bogs and forests to find the narrow sea. On the way, they notice a man on a horse following them. As the road disappears, and the trio is forced to follow streams and game trails, Brienne realizes that she is not safe here. Dick Crabb knows these woods, and she is lost. Crabb eventually leads them to the ruins of Crackclaw. When they arrive at the castle, they find proof that another has been there recently. Dick calls out to see if anyone is around, and three men step forward. One of them is a fool, but it is the wrong fool.
