Chapters 13 through 16 Summary

In Cersei, Tommen is married to Margaery Tyrell, his brother's widow, to unite Highgarden and Casterly Rock. Jaime has several knights surrounding the building, and make several rounds to inspect the area himself during the wedding and feast. After Tommen chokes and coughs, Cersei and Jaime both are mortified, suspecting poison. However, it was simply a gulp of wine that went down wrong. Still, it is enough to bring tears to Cersei's eyes. Cersei leaves the room to avoid anyone seeing her cry. Lady Merryweather finds the queen outside the hall, and mistakes her tear of fear for her son as tears over the wedding. The Myrish lady tell Cersei that her own handmaid spies on her for Tommen's new queen, and tells her exactly how. Cersei makes plans to investigate this.
