Summary

In Chapter 4, Angie has begun working on following the paper trail while Patrick was at Jenna's apartment. She has learned that Jenna has only one credit card, a Visa, and a spotty credit history. Jenna has found Billy Hawkins, a former client that they kept out of prison by proving his alibi. Billy now works at a Check Cashing Express office and is looking for evidence that Jenna used their service anywhere in the city. Angie says they will hear from Billy the next day. They talk some more about their plans, including what they'll do when they find Jenna. Patrick says they'll “play it by ear” when the time comes.
