Summary

In Chapter 6, Fayre and Lucien accompany Jurian, Dagdan, and Brannagh to another weak point in the wall. They remain there overnight and Fayre has the opportunity to talk to Lucien, who says Tamlin went crazy when he found Fayre was gone, and that he did what was necessary to ensure her return. When they reach the wall, they find some young humans there.

In Chapter 7, the humans want to live on the faerie side of the wall but Fayre uses her daemati power to send them home. (Like Rhysand, she has the power to enter a person's mind where she can see and alter their thoughts.) Dagdan and Brannagh try to coax the humans to them, but the images Fayre gave them send them running. Fayre orders Dagdan and Brannagh to leave them alone. Jurian quietly thanks Fayre for her intervention...
