Importance: Rhysand is asking Fayre how her powers stack up against those of other members of the faeries. He points out that she cannot be certain exactly what powers she has as the result of the unorthodox way she received them. This is yet another reference to an event that took place in the first book of the series. When Fayre was mortally wounded, the High Lords banded together to bring her back, making her immortal in the process.
