Summary

In Chapter 33, Rhysand is pretending to be interested in forging an alliance with Tarquin, which seldom happens among the High Lords. When Rhysand and Fayre are alone, he says the biggest problem with stealing the Book of Breathings is that he likes Tarquin and hates to deceive him. He urges Fayre to be careful not to get caught so Tarquin will not know they took the book. Fayre is upset and one point and asks what Rhysand would do if she had sex with Tarquin. He refuses to answer that but warns her again not to get caught and to be certain she gets the book. Fayre asks if Tamlin would really fight a war for her.
