Summary

In Part 15, Chapter 1, back in Grey London, King George IV of England awaits Kell's scheduled monthly letter, which never arrives. The king goes to the Five Points tavern to see if maybe Kell is there. Meanwhile, Ned Tuttle struggles to find a spell that would banish Osaron. He decides to summon Kell to help him but is unable to reach him. The king arrives at the tavern and Ned tells him Kell is not there.

In Chapter 2, in Red London, Rhy thinks about how to best mourn his parents. News of Col and Cora's treachery spreads and the people of Red London want Rhy to go to war with Vesk.
