Chapter 19 Summary

Lily leaves the driver in the car then makes Jackie walk on a dirt path heading towards the beach. As they walk Jackie asks her why she hates Vincent so much. Lily says she doesn't hate Vincent at all. She is seeking revenge against his father Vincent. Vincent and two other men killed her life mate William. Lily staked and beheaded one of the men responsible hoping it would satisfy her need for revenge but it didn't. Lily decided what she needed to do was make the other men feel the same pain she did when her life mate had been killed. She said after William was killed she didn't know how to feed or survive so for years she starved in pain and fed off rats and children. Lily wants the men to suffer so she is going after those they love...
