Chapter 2 Summary

Vincent hangs up the phone and tells Jackie that the call was to tell him that the lead in his play had quit. Jackie explains she was under the impression that all his productions had been closed but Bastien hadn't completely filled her in so Vincent would have to. Vincent and Jackie head to the store to buy some appliances. On the way to the store he explains that the call he received was to tell him that the lead in his play had quit. They get to the appliance store and Vincent explains to Jackie that he has not closed his entire production. Vincent then proceeds to buy every appliance he can find. After the appliance store they go shopping at the grocery store then head home so that Vincent can give Jackie the information she needs on his case.
