2. Moonwind takes place around the middle of the next century (approximately A.D. 2060). In this story, Russians and Americans both have moonbases, and the two countries still do not trust each other very much. Great Britain, which includes Gareth's Wales, is a grim and impoverished land. Do you think we will have moonbases by that time?
