Many teens listen to heavy metal music because the lyrics mirror their feelings of anger, alienation, depression, and rebelliousness. Heavy metal music lets these teens know they are not alone with their problems. The idea that listening to heavy metal music causes teens to commit suicide is ludicrous. People who commit suicide do so for reasons unrelated to the music they listen to. People must stop blaming music for causing life's problems.

Can music kill? This is a question that just won't go away. First it was Ozzy in the 70's and then Metallica in the 80's...
