Question: Science

Why is colony collapse so mysterious?

Colony collapse disorder is so mysterious because no one can seem to pinpoint the reason that colonies are simply disappearing. There are few to no bee carcasses lying about the hives, so where are they going? Wherever they are going, they aren't returning to the hive like bees normally would. They simply disappear.
