what is the right of an employee working in a business firm who has 6 employees. As an employee for 10 yrs. receiving commission for her services and monthly income with free lunch. decides to resign

some employments are pensionable after 10 yrs of service.Normally this is specified at the beginning in the working terms upon employment.So if your company is one of such then you are entitled to pension and gratuities based on specific percentages also known at the beginning of the job.If your company has no such provisions then when you resign you are on your won and no body owes you.
