it depends on the felony. If it was a crime of moral turpitude (theft, violence, etc.) the answer is "No". If it was a DUI/DWI, or something to do with violation of driving laws then the answer is "Yes". Felonies such as robbery, embezzlement, murder, assault with intent, etc. are examples of crimes of moral turpitude.
