Emancipation of minors

My son is 16 years old and has a girl friend who is 15 he wants to move out and live with her and her Mom I told him no but he says he is aloud to by law to move out at 16 years old is that legal?

He still is going to school and is in the 10th grade. Could you give me some advise any time i say no to him about him going to see her or spending a night with her he tells me he is going to move out.

unfortunatly he is able to leave home as did i at 16,,but rest assure he,l be back xxx

Yes but, you can still control what he does as long as he hasn't been emancipated
Yes he can move out, but I believe you are still his legal guardian.
Well he is legal to move out yet, you should attempt to keep him until he reaches the proper age. He doesn't realize that he can't make it out there alone. Does he excpect to pay the bills and other taxs on his own? make sure you sit down and talk with him and go over the hardships in life. You can't go and dream with your girlfriend 24/7 because one day the goverment will come knocking on your door and kick you out. Just make sure you talk to him and look at the situatuion through his eyes.
yes he can move out but until he is 18 you have responsibility over him
