x^2 - 12x + 11 = 0

(x )(x ) ( -11)( -1)=0

(x-11) (x-1) = 0

Solve:

(x-11)=0

x-11+11=0+11

x=11

Solve:

(x-1) = 0

x-1+1 = 0+1

x=1
