h^2 + 6h - 72 = 0

(h )(h ) ( -6)( +12)

(h-6)(h+12)=0

Solve:

(h-6)=0

h-6+6=0+6

h=6

Solve:

(h+12)=0

h+12-12=0-12

h=-12
