Who is Bounce Reyburn from Blue Willow?

Bounce Reyburn is employed by Mr. Anderson, who owns the land on which the Larkins live. Shortly after they move in, Bounce comes by to collect the rent. Unfortunately for Bounce, Mr. Anderson catches wind that Bounce is taking money from the family, who he intended to help for free. Bounce is immediately fired.
