Who is Nora Devon/Nora Aimes from Watchers and what is their importance?

Nora Devon is the young woman who has fallen in love with Travis. Raised by her aunt, Nora was brought up to be wary of strangers, particularly men. As a child, Nora was isolated, something that makes her vulnerable to a questionable man. Nora, however, happens upon Travis and Einstein in the park, where Einstein instincts take over. The Outsider becomes a danger to them both.
