Dramatic irony would work, although you can also mention Shakespeare's use of rhetoric, particularly as evidence in the character of Prospero. Propero's rhetorical language illustrates his power, pride, and self-confidence. Even if he were a weak man.... he'd have other people believing otherwise. Another technique would be imagery. Imagery allows the audience to clearly see images without their presence.
