In Sea of Monsters, shortly after Annabeth has been rescued from the sirens by Percy, she tells him that she should have know better, that her fatal flaw was hubris. Percy says he doesn't know what his flaw is, and Annabeth tells him that he'd best figure it out, that it isn't called 'fatal' for nothing.
