Jordan McAfee from The Pact is Chris's lawyer. He never asks Chris if he is innocent or not because it is not his job to know, or so he believes. However, he is the father of a 13 year old son and it begins to weigh on him. When Chris demands to take the stand, and then he tells the jury that he shot Emily as part of a pact between them, he believes that the case is lost .
