The first part of chapter 7 in The Outsiders, the three brothers are at teh hospital waiting to hear about Dally and Johnny. The last part of chapter 7 takes place at Pony Boy's house. He's so tired when they come back from the hospital that Dally has to carry him in and put him in bed.
