Diana is Lyon's sister. She quickly becomes fond of Christina, though she doesn't always understand her. Diana has come out for her first London social season at the same time Christina arrives in London, and over the course of the novel, she falls in love with Lyon's friend, Rhone. Christina receives permission from her brother to marry, but she is forbidden to marry quickly as Lyon and Christina did.
