John Logan is a very rich business man who Eve had been staying with when the story opens. John is in love with Eve. John helps her all he can. When Eve is hiding from the law because she took Jane from the family services facility, John furnishes all types of fake I.D. as well as a ride in his jet to get her to Phoenix. He also is able to put the pressure on to get Sarah Patrick and her search and rescue dog to work for Eve. John will lose Eve to Joe.
