Former Israeli Prime Minister, Yithak Rabin, signed the Israeli-PLO Declaration of Principles on September 9, 1993. He went on to negotiate a number of peace treaties. Rabon was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize alongside Arafat and Peres in 1994.
