Peottre is the Narcheska's uncle. He is her mother's brother. The matriarchal lineage is so strong that he has more say in her life than her father. Peottre protects the Narcheska fiercely and refuses to see her mature sexually before she is ready. Peottre and the Narcheska are always together.
