Creation versus evolution is the main theme. This argument has been around since the beginning of the thoughts of man being created by another method other than God. Christianity has spent hundreds of years trying to convince people to believe in the creation story through doctrine and sometimes by force. This argument was present in the ideas of many learned persons when the theories associated with Lack and Darwin started to be given to the public.
