Who is George Mason from The Anti-Federalist Papers; and, the Constitutional Convention Debates and what is their importance?

George Mason was a delegate from Virginia, as well as a farmer and scholar. He was one of the fathers of the Bill of Rights, and one of the men who refused to sign the Constitution because it lacked a Bill of Rights.
