is ulysses an honorable character why or why not?

I think he is honourable for the most part. He does not do anything too hideous. He is an ageing adventurer and wants one last shot at the feelings he had in his youth. He laments the weakness of his people and seeks the vigour that comes from bold adventures and seeking what lies beyond.
