Who is Agent Hank Brajansky from The Abduction and what is their importance?

Agent Hank Brajansky is an older agent, who is on vacation. When Harris calls and asks him to investigate the warehouse where he suspects Meg might have been held, Brajansky goes to investigate. He finds Meg's rescue note, but before he can act, Meg knocks him unconscious not knowing who he is.
