Lionel Serbousek, Stotan!, is a boy on the swim team whose parents were killed in a boating accident. Because of his age he's been allowed to live on his own. He lives in an apartment that is very Spartanic. It has no heat or air. He takes up activist causes and opens his apartment to the boys during Stotan week.
