Charles is a member of the Bluebloods, an elitist group of friends at Saint Gallway, whom Hannah Schneider has befriended. He is attractive, friendly, and outgoing, and may have had a secret relationship with Hannah. Charles is, however, not a nice person. He blames Blue for Hannah's death, telling Blue he would kill her if he could.
