What does Heidi look like? Also, who is the antagonist? What's the conflict?

i am reading so b. it and its really hard to read when i dont know what the characture lookes like. also i read through the book once before when i was little and couldnt find the antagonist or the conflict. i would like to know a head of time so i know what to look for when i read.

From what I can tell Heidi has blonde hair and blue eyes.

Thurman Hill, Heidi's grandfather, is the novel's antagonist.

The novel's main conflict can be found in Heidi's quest to find out about her mother's past. Another conflict (man vs self) can be found in Heidi having to come to terms with her mother's death.... her feelings of guilt for being so wrapped up in learning the truth that she paid no attention to her family.
