How does Stern tell Schindler his employees will be paid?

Stern tells Schindler that the wages for Jewish skilled labor is seven marks a day. Wages for the unskilled and women is five marks a day. The pay is to be remitted to the Economic Office, the laborers receive nothing. Polish workers are paid wages, and they generally receive a bit more.
