What are examples or proofs to how the consequences led to death of Romeo and Juliet?

Romeo and Juliet failed to see how their hasty marriage would cause them strife. Juliet's father, Capulet, would not put up with his daughter marrying for love. Her marriage would be arranged and part of some kind of business partnership. Defying her father would get her thrown into the street and abandoned.
