Who is Samuel Howells from Rees Howells: Intercessor and what is their importance?

Samuel Howells is Rees and Elizabeth Howells' only son. The Lord told the Howells before he was born to name the boy Samuel. He was born around the time his parents heard the call of the Lord to be missionaries in Africa. This would be a great struggle and sacrifice for his parents to leave Samuel home while they went into the mission field. However, they believed it was the call of the Lord. Samuel went to live with Rees Howells Aunt and Uncle named Mr. and Mrs. Rees, who had been led by the Lord to offer him to stay with them.
