Who is Ta-Kumsaw from Red Prophet and what is their importance?

Ta-Kumsaw is the prophet, and Lolla-Wossiky's twin brother, is the opposite of Lolla. Proud and defiant, he is cold, in control and most importantly, he is sober. At least six feet tall, he stands straight at attention in clean clothes. His head is shaved bald, and his eyes stare straight into space, but his attitude clearly transmits that he sees everything. He had a look like he thought he was better than those around him. He is the pride of the Shaw-Nee and all other Red men measure themselves against him.
