When it becomes clear that the killer has Molly and Graham's home address, and she is forced to flee, Molly is extremely unhappy with the situation. This happiness only increases when she goes to stay with her deceased husband's parents. When Dolarhyde shows up at their home, and she is forced to kill him, this is the symbolic end of their marriage, though she does stick around while Graham is hospitalized with the injuries Dolarhyde inflicted upon him.
