How does the author use foreshadowing in Porphyria's Lover?

Browning opens his poem by foreshadowing events to come.... creating a backdrop and setting the mood. His use of the word “early” indicates something different about evening, and the rawhich has numerous symbolic meanings can be foreshadowing anything from rebirth and cleansing..... to tragedy and death.
