How does Black Stache keep the crew from mutiny?

In Chapter 53, the pirates are just as frightened of the floating girl and the floating crocodile as the Mollusk people are. One man speaks up, but Black Stache is can't punish him because he sees that the man speaks for the crew. Thus, in order to prevent mutiny, Black Stache treats with nicely and tells the crew that flying crocodiles are unusual, but that it is gone. He tells the crew that the power of the treasure made the girl, boy, and crocodile fly, and if they can get it, they'll all have a share in that power. This rallies the troops, but secretly black Stache has no plans to share the power with anyone but himself.
