Who is Voytek Biroshak from Pattern Recognition and what is their importance?

Voytek Biroshak is one of three men Cayce meets while he is in the market one morning. He is interested in collecting ZX 81's, which are an obscure version of one of the first computers, requiring that the owner learn how to program. Voytek was born in Poland, but his father was a Moscow civil engineer, thus, he speaks fluid Russian. His sister's name is Magda.

Voytek wears skateboard gear, and he is an artist attempting to find funding for a new project. He hopes to find the space to show a display for a ZX 81project on which he has been working.
